What do we offer?

Asociación Colombiana de Cafés Especiales ( A.C.C.E) offers its members* and general public four specific learning areas:

Educational Program in Good Agricultural Practices (G.A.P)

This is a field training program for people interested in knowing and learning about the production process and necessary practices that lead to producing high quality coffees.

Barista Educational Program

This is a training and certification program for Baristas in agreement with the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) and the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI) aims to promote, train and certify all interested in being professional baristas.

Cupping educational program

This is a training program, learning and training in associate cupping and agreement with companies and members of the Association seeks to promote, educate and train all interested in knowing and learning to taste.

Programa de Educación para Tostadores

This is a training program, learning and training in associate Roasters Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) and the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI) is looking to educate and train all stakeholders on the issue of Specialty Coffee roasting.
